FACTS:
We all have had at least ONE very bad experience with a Seller. If a company that delivers products or services fails to comply with their established Terms & Conditions, customers have the right to complain. In addition, have an established support system readily available to them. Customers have choices; choices that can protect them. Some of these choices are: the Better Business Bureau, Credit Card Company, Department of Consumer Division, the police etc. The best part of it all is that all this support system is FREE.

When a Trouble Shopper fails to follow and comply with the Seller's Terms and Conditions, a support system is NON-EXISTENT. To enforce our Terms & Conditions we have to spend hundreds of dollars in legal services and invest our limited resources and time to follow up. The result…. 99% of the time, we have to take a loss. All this effort, hits every single small, medium and large business’ bottom line. At the end, this cost has to be transferred somewhere. Those who can afford to…. usually write it off, those who can’t, have to pass this cost on to the good customers and sometimes are even forced out of business. The situation has been one sided, but not anymore because we are NOT ALONG anymore!
